  • Potential Development School for Students With Autism

    We believe a child’s potential develops best in a structured environment with individualized educational plans designed for each unique student. This is achieved through ample resources and strong partnerships between parents, caretakers and our educated, caring and qualified staff.

    The mission of the ACLD School is to provide an effective, all day education designed to meet the needs of children with learning problems in our community.   • Yellow Brick Place

    Yellow Brick Place is a non-profit organization in Northeast Ohio that provides non-medical support to anyone battling cancer. Our purpose is to nourish and comfort the mind, body, and spirit during the fight against cancer. We provide a hopeful environment for patients, families, and caregivers. All services are free of charge – all those touched by cancer deserve access to services regardless of race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, gender, age, religion, or sexual orientation.

    YWCA offers a variety of housing options for no-, low-, and moderate-income women and families at locations in Trumbull and Mahoning County. To get more information about enrolling in a housing program, please call 211.

  • Cadence Care Network

    When our founding board members established Homes for Kids in 1990, now called Cadence Care Network, their goal was to work with local children’s services boards to provide treatment foster care placement for youth in county custody.

    Over the years, Cadence Care Network established a solid base of foster homes while also expanding behavioral health services to children, teenagers, families and adults in need of therapeutic support.

    We currently serve about 1,500 kids annually in behavioral health and foster care services combined.

    OCCHA is a non-profit organization situated in Youngstown, Ohio, serving Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana Counties. Since its founding in March 1972, OCCHA has worked to identify problem areas in the Spanish-speaking community and establish programs to address them. Our mission is to strive to improve the quality of life for Hispanics and others in the multicultural community by providing social, economic, cultural, and educational programs.
